As a friendly reminder, the renewal date for the Shared Virtual Account (currently on Zoom) is December 1st, 2022 regardless of when you first took part in the virtual account program. The fee to be part of the Shared Virtual Account for another year will remain at $36. Please complete the Shared Virtual Account request form for new or renewed accounts.
If you are not sure if your group is part of this shared account, please do the following: when you are in your group meeting on Zoom on a computer, click the shield in the upper left corner. If the Host is AFGofMA, you are part of this account and need to renew.
This is how you can renew by paying $36 if you are currently part of the Shared Virtual account:
- Renew via credit card or PayPal: go to the MA Al-Anon/Alateen Website Group Contribution page https://alanonma.org/group-contribution/ , Type “RENEW SHARE’ and your group town, # and Group name, and pay $36. Please make sure to complete this before December 1st to ensure the office receives the payment.
- Renew by check: send a check to the MA Al-Anon/Alateen Westborough office at 57 East Main Street, Suite 109, Westborough, MA 01581-1457. Please write ‘RENEW SHARE’ and your group town, #, and name on the check memo line. If you are sending a check, please make sure to send it at least a week before December 1st to ensure it arrives on time.
If your group contact for the Shared Virtual Account has changed, please email Marion at email@example.com and Jaclyn F. at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help us if we have a question about your time-slot.
If your group chooses to no longer be part of the Shared Virtual Account in 2023, please email Marion at email@example.com and Jaclyn F. at firstname.lastname@example.org.
